HEALTHY DIET IS HAVING THE FOOD YOU LOVE…

Healthy diet is sensible eating including even the foods that you love! Choose those food items that are high in nutrition and low in calories. In other words, eat in moderation high calorie low nutrition food items like chips or fast or junk food.

Healthy diet refers to the consumption of the moderate quantity of fats. So have only those food items that have very less amount of added fat when prepared.

Diet: Dos & Don’ts

Include in your weekly dietary roster lots of high-fiber vegetables besides fresh leafy vegetables and fruits as well as whole-grain food items.

Of course, you can very well diversify with twice-a week poultry, fish, lean meats, and low-fat as well as fat-free dairy products.

Brunch Better than Frequent Fatty Munches

In today’s world where time is at a premium, never gamble with your health. You can very well bid goodbye to your lunch, but always have a breakfast that doubles up as a nutritious and filling lunch as well. Yes! Brunch is the golden means to beat all hunger, starvation and weakness!

The best means to know your healthy diet is to balance the input (the calories amount you take in the form of various food items) with the output (the calories amount that you burn through various work processes).

Another yardstick of a healthy diet is to go for a low trans-free and low saturated-fat free diet.
