What Is A Balance Diet? How Do I Know What Is A Balance diet?

A balanced diet refers to constituting a wholesome schedule. A balanced diet is made up of the total calories that our bodies need to carry on its regular activities.

It includes the various foods that we have in a day. It also constitutes the number of times we gobble. It further makes up the times we DO NOT have FAST FOOD or JUNK FOOD.

How do we get the energy to work or think?

The energy we need is supplied by the food we have. Depending on the types of meal we have and the number of times we take them, the calorie (the unit to measure energy) content in our body either increases or decreases. This is the reason why we should be careful of what we eat.

Energy is the fuel; Food the source…

To do these physical and even the psychological or mental exercises we burn energy.

The only difference between the aforementioned processes is that in the former we burnt more energy than the latter.

But, mind you, for both the activities energy is needed.

As you know, the energy storehouses are the muscles as well as the fats.

The former acts require the lean muscle while the latter also consume energy – a bit of the lean muscles.

Therefore, a balanced diet must provide the input (supplied from the food we eat) according to the output (the spent energy). The necessary input (read energy) is stored as fats in the adipose tissues and also in the lean muscles.

However if we keep on supplying input much more than the output, the excess energy gets accumulated in the most vulnerable portions of our physique: mention may be made of the cheeks, tummy, chin, thighs and the triceps. This leads to obesity and the other ailments associated with it.
