Mental Training for Pregnancy Symptoms

The right bent of mind is very much necessary for the patient going nature’s way. Develop the positive attitude, and let the positive vibrations surround you! Think positively and work positively, and the results will be positive.

How do I Develop the Positive Mindset?

The answer is rather simple. Surround yourself with people who have a similar positive mindset. Do just those things or work that will help you to act positively.

Avoid people that rub you on the wrong side.

Don’t try things that require too much of physical involvement.

Stick to easy, comforting jobs.

Listen to soft lilting music instead of rock, reggae or hard metal.

Yogic Panacea & Breathing Exercises

The next important means to tide over the pregnancy phase is the breathing exercise. Expectant mothers should do light breathing exercises.

These can be simplest ones using the thumb and the little finger. Fold the three middle fingers and pull out the thumb and the little finger of your right hand.

Use the thumb to close the right nostril while slowly inhaling through the left nostril.

Next, close the left nostril with the little finger, and hold the breath for just two seconds. Both the nostrils will be closed.

Then, release the thumb and slowly exhale through the right nostril. The ideal timing is to exhale leisurely using a longer time period than one uses to inhale.

After that, inhale again through the right nostril. Close the right nostril with the thumb, and then hold the breath for sometime before releasing the breath through the left nostril.

This is the schedule.

One can opt for the simpler mode as well. Breathe in while walking five steps and then holding the breath for just two seconds. Next, breathe out while taking the next six steps. Follow it up by again holding the breath for just two more seconds. You can repeat the cycle twice. Don’t overdo it!
